  Residents in one Midland neighborhood are concerned after a group of teenagers was caught with more than a dozen rifles and handguns. The teens were captured in front of a home at the corner of Ruby Dr. and Thomason Drive in Midland. Midland Police and Midland Sheriff's deputies converged on a group of teenagers and arrested two juveniles and an adult for stealing the guns from a Midland County home. 18-year-old Curtis Perkins is one of those charged. Two other 18 year olds are under continued investigation as deputies' work to secure warrants for their arrest. Now, alarmed residents are questioning what they call a lack of supervision of the neighborhood's teenagers. The sharp eye of a neighbor is what brought police to Ruby and Thomason Drive, where they found five teenagers with $4000 dollars in weapons stolen from a Midland County home, here off highway 307. "We had a good citizen turn some stuff in. It turned out super - they did an excellent job and we are most grateful", says Midland County Sheriff, Gary Painter. Manuel H.
